I used the Voter Account "Forgot Password" request & did not receive an email. What should I do?

If you used the "Forgot Password" request and did not receive an email from us, please do the following:       


  • Check your spam folder - the message could have gone there.       
  • If there is nothing in your spam folder, submit a request through our Voter Help Desk to manually reset your password. An agent will personally assist you within approximately 24 hours.
